Terrace East Condominiums:
Terrace East is a 73-unit apartment-to condominium conversion project in Vineland, New Jersey. The complex, originally built in 1992, features twenty ranch style buildings, which typically house four to five two-bedroom, two-bathroom units.  Silverang Hallowell recognized the local demand for condominiums and the geographic value of the complex - it is located in the heart of suburban southern New Jersey and has easy access to two major highways connecting to Philadelphia and Wilmington, Delaware - and lead the conversion process.  

As existing leases expire, Silverang Hallowell acquires the units and performs all necessary improvements to enhance the value of the properties and the complex as a whole, creating value for both residents and investors. The units, which previously rented at $915/month on average, are now sold for up to $140,000.

As of August 2009, 48 units have been sold.
