York Square Condominiums:
For years, the corner of 3rd and Arch Streets in the historic Old City section of Philadelphia was occupied by an abandoned gas station. Today an award-winning 60-unit loft-style condominium building stands there, bringing new residents and vibrancy to this section of the city. The 127,300 square foot, six story building features underground parking, one- and two- level apartment and penthouse units, state-of-the art appliances, high quality finishes and shared amenities such as an exercise room and 24-hour doorman service. The building was delivered on-time, and was sold out upon completion.
