The Greens at Hanover:
The Greens at Hanover is a 28-unit
senior living facility located within walking distance
to downtown Hanover, New Hampshire and the Dartmouth College
campus. Although
its location provides seniors with access to shops, restaurants
and the natural attractions of the White Mountains, previous
mismanagement left the property needing various renovations
and unable to fill vacant units even as local demand for
senior housing was high. Silverang Hallowell saw an
opportunity to improve this property and create new value
for residents and investors by thoroughly renovating the
complex and converting units into age-restricted condominiums.
After $1 million of new construction and capital improvements,
individual units will be offered to current and new residents.
